At OLYSSIA , your satisfaction means everything to us. However, to ensure, every customer receives a fresh and unused product, we do not accept returns once opened or tried.

All jewelry items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We only accept return or replacement requests in the following cases:
• You received a wrong product.
• The item arrived damaged or broken.
• Your order was incomplete.

• To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and share an unboxing video or clear photos as proof.

If your request is approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued. Cash refunds are not provided.

• Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• For orders placed using manual online payment methods , customers are required to send a clear payment screenshot on our official 
WhatsApp number +923254474743 after completing the transfer.

• Orders will only be confirmed once the payment has been successfully verified by our team.

• If the payment screenshot is not received or the payment cannot be verified, the order may be delayed, put on hold, or cancelled.
