• All photos are for display purposes; slight color or design variations may occur.
• Customers must provide a complete and correct address. Wrong address or phone number may result in delayed or failed delivery.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery (with proof picture/video).
• Products must be unused,  and in original packaging.
• No returns/exchanges will be accepted for “change of mind” or size/color preference.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only through store credit — not cash.

• Any attempt of fraud, fake orders, or false claims will lead to permanent ban from our store.

• We reserve the right to take legal action against individuals involved in fraudulent activities.
