Shipping policy

. We process all orders within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping within Pakistan takes 3–7 business days depending on your city and courier service.

. COD is available nationwide. Kindly ensure your phone number is active for courier confirmation.

. Every order must be confirmed via call or SMS/WhatsApp. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.

. A standard shipping fee of PKR 200 applies. Free shipping offered on orders above PKR 2999.

. Customers must provide a complete and correct address. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or order cancellation.

. Once shipped, you’ll receive your tracking ID via SMS or email.

. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. Repeated COD refusals may result in account restrictions.
